Pretty much all it does is delete temp internet files, clears the recycle bin. It's perfectly safe and should be done rather often.

Reply:It will clean out web sites that you have viewed and will delete files in the recycling bin will not delete any saved files I run it 2-3 times a week and also do a disk derangement doesn't loose any thing important
