Can I physically delete MSN90 from the c:\Program Files\Online Services folder of Vista?

My new PC with Vista Premium came with a Program File folder called Online Services\MSN90 which has a desktop link for MSN online services. I'd like to cleanup this desktop by removing the "advertised" programs for the new PC. Can I safely remove all the Online Services folder by DELETEing it from the Program Files folder? I can't find any uninstall for this program, if ever it is one.

Thanks.

You won't find an unistall because the software isn't installed; it's just the setup files ads for you to install it if you choose to use it. Because you do not want to use it; yes it is safe to remove it using the delete feature. :)
