How can I delete Read Only file in my C-Drive.?
If it was my computer, I would do it the old school way. Open up a DOS window, switch to the directory with the files, do an

Attrib filename -r (that will remove the read only status) and then delete the file.
Reply:Right-click on the file. Select "properties." There should be a check box for "read only" in the attributes section. Uncheck the box, hit okay, and delete away.
Reply:open FILE - PROPERTIES , edit the ATTRIBUTES, check the ARCHIVE box, then CLICK APPLY to save it.
