your pagefile is virtual memory could cause problems if you delete but you can lower your page file size in settings

Is the file "pagefile" important which is hidden in C:??Can i delete it?coz its occupying lot of space..
It is only useful if you have very little RAM (less than 2Gb). Just turn the page file off to reclaim the space.
