Is it ok to delete the files located on C:\Documents and Settings\Owner\Local Settings\Temp?

Please do this just go to your systems tools folder and run "Disk Cleanup" this will delete all your temp files for you, then defrag your hard drive to get you free space back again. This will help you.
Reply:yes usually ... u need to unhide folders to see it .. open c and go to tools folder options view and unhide hidden folders then go to it ... the thing about it usually is if u have recently installed somthing there may be temp files there the app may still need to add some options and if u empty it before u ever even use the app u may be deleting some files it needs .. generally tho its safe to empty it ..
