I need to delete a folder C:/ drive named “My Backup – Date,” but I get a an access denied error.?

I expect this was created by the Administrator or a system utility and cannot be deleted without sufficient rights.

u can rename it .if had some error pls change the user of administrator

Then right click the folder, select properties


see in the security tab, if administrator is not include in the list, u can add the administrator to control it.


then u can deleted it





If still problem, install "Tune Up Utilities", then u can use "shredder"
