Its mainly due the fact that those files are used by some programs, and while a file is in use, it cannot be deleted.





If you are sure that those files are corrupted, and deleting them won't result in crashing your computer, then you can delete those files by first going in safe mode and deleting them manually.





This way you can easily remove them
