Just reformat using the recovery partition.
I have 2 hard drive on my pc. presario-c and presario-RP H. How do I delete things on the c?
With great care. Do not delete anything from the "Windows" directory. This is the operating system folder. Do not delete anything from the Programs folder this is were the majority of applications are installed. Go to Add/remove programs in the control panel un-install any application you feel you no longer require. This will free up space. You can empty temp folders safely but if in doubt dont do it!
Reply:OK, you have 2 HDD on 1 PC. 1 HDD has the letter c:\, the other is your h:\. Which drive does your operating system reside on? Normally, it would be the c:\.
Do you want to restore c:\ to the factory settings? Or just delete some files on c:\? Or reformat the entire computer hard drive on the c:\ and transfer the entire drive image to the h:\ drive? Not very clear what it is that you want. Also, what operating system do you have? Different procedures depend on what you want to do. Please edit your question so we can help further.
