I want to delete a folder from program files in the c drive. It only contains things that i don't use. is it ok to delete it even though it says that this is not safe to do?

It depends what it is.
If it is an old program you don't use anymore (Mozila Firefox Browser) in example, then yes. If it holds vile information and can damage somthing then no.
What exactly is it and what exactly does the error say when it is "not safe" to delete it?
When deleting anything you must be 100% positive that you don't want to use it again.
