HELP i have deleted all sound from p.c?
you will have to find out what sound card it is and download the program for it.
Reply:ha ha you fool
Reply:just reset your computer to yesterday or whenever you deleted the sound everything you did will be restored to how it was on that day.

programms/accessories/system tools/system restore

then just follow the instructions and enter the date you would like to restore to.
Reply:if you have a sound card installed then insert your driver disk and reinstall, if it is on board sound then you should find the drivers on the motherboard driver disk. if you have no driver disk then goto driverguide.com and take a looksie there. good luck
Reply:Install sound driver, you will get it back.
Reply:Do your speakers have a separate sound volume control? If so make sure it is turned up!!
Reply:maybe you can restore it.

you should have some restore points automatically set up by your computer. pick a restore point that is the closest date to now, that was working, and see if you can bring back the deleted files, and your sound.

make sure you didn't just accidently hit the mute button first.

anyway, if the restore doesn't work you an always un-restore.

good luck.
Reply:sounds like you accidentally uninstalled the sound card. reboot the computer, and it should at least attempt to reinstall it for you..
Reply:ok ok chill, first i want you to do as i say with confidence.

"my computer" %26gt; "control panel" %26gt; "system"%26gt; "Hardware"%26gt;"Device manager"

Now you are in the device manager.. there should be a list of thing such as .. monitor, mouse etc. There will be a section with hardware that is not working. Go down untill you see the Sound card section. Look if the sound card has an "X" or "?" on it.. this indicates there is a problem with it.

Now you can do (A) or (B)

A) IF there is an "X" or "?" next to the sound card. DOUBLE CLICK. this will then open up a screen with details about the card. There will be several TABS at the top of this box. I want you to click.. "DRIVER" and then look for a button saying.. "roll back driver". This is usefull because it will roll back the driver to a previous date.

B) IF the above doesnt apply and the sound card is working. I want you to first go into the start menu, then programs, then go up to applications. Now i want you to look for a feature called "System RESTORE". This is a program that resets all the computer settings WITHOUT deleting any saved files, emails, videos etc. So it is completely safe to use.

I want you to restore your pc to a date which is suitable, aprox 1 week.

If the above doesnt work.. please dont worry, email me and i have some other ways in which to deal with this problem.
